After the individual receives his Personal Wellness Profile, Healthy Ventures provides our clients with an aggregate summary. With strict adherence to federal HIPAA Laws (The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), the Executive Summary details, in percentages only, what areas of health risks need to be addressed.
PERSONAL WELLNESS PROFILE™
Along with current results, Healthy Ventures can provide management with a Group Trend Report where employees’ health improvements can be tracked from year to year. The Trend Report is also available on the Personal Wellness Profile for individual tracking.
THE PRODUCTIVITY & ECONOMIC BENEFITS REPORT
The Productivity and Economic Benefits Report can be trended and provides a detailed report that allows our clients to see the financial costs incurred through health risks via absenteeism, work productivity and medical claims to their company. A trend report is a year-to-year tracking mechanism that allows an organization to measure their savings in healthcare cost, decreased absenteeism, and improvements in work productivity and morale.
